• Ordering

  Please order our titles from your favorite music dealer. If you are not served by a dealer, you may order directly from J. S. Sato Music Editions.

  PayPal^® is the authorized online payment processor for J. S. Sato Music Editions. Choose the titles you wish to purchase online by clicking on the appropriate "Add to Cart" buttons. A virtual shopping cart will appear in a separate window, where you will be able to adjust quantities, remove items from the cart, or proceed to the virtual checkout counter. If you are not already a PayPal member, you may be asked to create a PayPal account. You will need a credit card and a valid e-mail address to sign up.

  A shipping charge for shipments to U. S. addresses is added at checkout time. If you are ordering via PayPal from outside the United States, Sato Music Editions will bill you for an additional US$4.00 by e-mail.

  If you would rather send us a check or money order, you have two options:

  Option 1: Download our Catalog of Publications in portable document format (PDF file; 507,394 bytes), which includes an order form that you can print out and mail. In order to view PDF files, you must have a PDF viewer such as Adobe^® Acrobat^® Reader, freely available by following this link.

  Option 2: Contact us with your name and address and we will gladly mail you our Catalog of Publications and order form.

  Submit the completed order form along with a check or money order to: Sato Music Editions, P. O. Box 14854, Chicago, IL 60614-0854, U. S. A. Make check or money order drawn on a U. S. bank in U. S. funds payable to J. S. Sato Music Editions.

  Sorry, we do not accept orders by e-mail, phone, or FAX.

• Taxes

  An additional 9% sales tax is charged on merchandise and shipping for orders shipped to an Illinois address.

• Shipping

  Shipments to U. S. addresses are shipped via Priority Mail^® for US$4.00. Shipments to non-U. S. addresses are shipped via air mail for US$8.00. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one week of receipt.

• Shortages and Non-Receipt

  Shortages and non-receipt of orders must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of the order date for domestic shipments; sixty (60) days for foreign.

• Return Policy

  All books may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Return permission must be obtained from the publisher. Returns must be accompanied by your packing slip or original invoice. DO NOT ship returns to our P. O. Box address. Detailed instructions on returning items to us will be given when obtaining return permission.
